Online Auction | Donation Form

Thanks so much for your interest in participating in KPCC’s Winter Online Auction, November 27 - December 6. Your tax deductible donation not only supports great radio, it’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business with Southern California’s largest public radio audience.

Your business will have its own dedicated webpage on, which will include a detailed, personalized marketing message, photos of your products/services, a link to your website, your location & phone number, and your logo.

Tell us about your business in 140 – 160 words. Include personal testimonials, Yelp reviews and links to press (reviews and testimonials excluded from the word count). *

Are there any restrictions that may apply, such as expiration dates, limited locales, age restrictions, blackout dates, etc? Be as specific as possible. *


Email 3 - 5 images of your product/services and your logo to Acceptable image file formats are JPEG, TIF, PNG, and GIF. PDFs of images will not be accepted. Images and logo should be at least 400 x 400 pixels.

Donated Item Delivery

Once your donation has been accepted, please email a PDF of your gift certificate to or to mail your gift certificate to the address below by November 21:

The donation should be a gift certificate towards goods/services, whenever possible. If you would like to donate actual products, you will be responsible for shipping costs and must ship directly to the winning bidder.

Terms and Conditions

Deadline for submissions is November 4, 2015. No submissions for KPCC’s Winter Online Auction will be accepted after this date. We hold two auctions each year, so you will have other opportunities to participate.

Southern California Public Radio reserves the right to reject any item and assumes no responsibility for warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. All donated items become the property of Southern California Public Radio.

Do not mail or drop off items if you have not been contacted by us. These items will not be returned.
